👉Una porción nos parece insuficiente y necesitamos ver mayor cantidad. Teniendo día de "permitido" solo hace que lleguemos a él con abstinencia y ganas de comernos todo👉Tenemos mucho deseo y ese deseo tan esperado nos lleva al descontrol
⚠️Además luego viene la culpa y el malestar no solo estomacal, sino también mental 📢Hay que aprender a legalizar los alimentos, sabiendo que no hay alimentos ni permitidos ni prohibidos, Sino que hay porciones y frecuencia de consumo
🗯Vivir a dieta y sin comer lo que nos gusta, solo nos genera mal humor y ansiedad

❌Swinging Shoulders- I will admit, as increasing weight, it is very difficult to keep from swinging your shoulder la forward and backwards. When you start seeing yourself doing this, it is a clear sign that you are using more weight than what your shoulders can completely control. Without fully controlling the weight, you are not getting 100% muscle activation.
❌Moving Neck- Moving your head and neck during this exercise will break spine alignment and put you
at more risk of injury.
❌Uncontrolled Reps- Most commonly we see people not controlling the negative on this exercise. It is also common to see people not allowing for a brief pause up top to fully contract the muscles.

✅Keeping Chest Up- Keeping chest up will help you prevent swinging your shoulders forward and backward to assist with the reps.
✅Spine Aligned- You can easily prevent moving your neck by just thinking about it during your set. Focus on only moving your arms and you will maintain better spine alignment and prevent injury. ✅Controlled Reps- Slow and controlled reps will increase time under tension and result in an overall more effective set.

What to do:
Grab the cotton pad and wet it with the alcohol and star rubbing it on the mat
