✅ Get low into a squat or "athletic position."
✅ Keep the chest up, weight on heels and step laterally side to side.
Great exercise to do before weight training or running. The Gluteus Medius keeps our hips and knees in alignment. Problem is a lot of people have weak glutes which can lead to hip and knee problems. Try this as a warmup or part of your workout! 🍑
2 sets of 10-20 should suffice.
