I made 1/2 a cup, if it’s not enough, I’ll have a little more. It taste like Wendy’s chili. I feel like I haven’t had anything to eat, today. Even though, I’ve eaten every 3 hours, since waking up. It’s snowing here, today, and I wanted something hot. In one cup cup, there’s 16g protein, 4g fat, and 12 carbs.
