Darkness, my old friend.
6yrs of R&D, blood, sweat, and tears were shed in this park. Part of that process required an identity molding. Something that was shed some half dozen years ago. Fortunately it was used in a lot of capacity to show the artistic nature of what coaches and human performance can do. Simply painting or molding with different colors or tools. Unfortunately, there was a lot of back lash to a different approach to something, ironically I'm told revolutions are like that. Today, I got to practice something new on something really old. This concept of nasal breathing has really manifested itself. Not only from a physiological point, but mechanically it is a game changer. Nose = diaphragm, poor position = no/harder access to diaphragm = mouth breathing. Prior to the run I felt a little inflamed and after several rounds of some breath work via @powerspeedendurance #PSEBREATHE cleared a lot of that junk and opened up the respiratory system and felt as though my head was in it. Interesting how just through something so simple I can alter state without even trying. Sometimes I kick myself for not seeing the obvious so long ago with what I think I understand now, then again, I'd still consider myself a runner. 😘 #iamme #tinkerer #nequals1
