I tried this body flow (obvi needs work) after my killer leg day with @primal.swoledier yesterday. I’m always eager to try new classes and really love learning how to control my body through every movement but it’s also so so sooo important to listen to your body! After class my arms felt weak and my legs were noodles but I just wanted to keep working out. I decided to just decompress and take a yoga 🧘🏼♀️ class instead to really stretch and loosen up my tight joints (yes I skipped my cardio - so 1 hour today 🏃🏼♀️). I’m also all signed up for the fun run at Zilker Park tomorrow night thanks to @afriedman123 😬🙃so pray for me because it’s my first. Ever.
Set goals, challenge yourself, achieve those goals, then set new ones. 💪🏼 #timeforcardio
Also, if you haven’t already, I highlyyyyyy suggest you check out @livvshape athletic wear. I got mine yesterday and OH.MY.GOSH. Can I wear these all day? . 😅 but seriously do yourself a favor and go get yourself a pair before they run out! Obsessed is an understatement.
