Who is Restorative Yoga For?
Scenario 1: Do you run around endlessly busy... Drink more water, get to work, hurry to make dinner, come on kids time to go to soccer, you run to the store for that "thing" on your list you forgot when you were there yesterday.... By the end of the day you are exhausted but sometimes find it hard to go to sleep. Your thoughts run through on a highlight reel and you can't seem to relax?
Scenario 2: You lead a healthy and Active Lifestyle, you exercise and eat healthy, you are training for something and you can't seem to push past your Goals due to soreness and high Cortisol isn't helping you reach where you want to be? Your recovery time is longer then it use to be and you feel stuck?
Scenario 3: You've had a stressful day at work, your deadlines and to-do lists are overwhelming, you feel the physical effects of stress, sore shoulders, tight jaw, short temperament, and are having a hard time finding who you use to be? Who you truly are?

Release your tongue from the top of your mouth, un-clench your Jaw, soften your Eyes and Ears. Feel your shoulders drop a little lower. Ride the sensation of your next inhale and exhale with your eyes closed. Then Softly Open them.
Sometimes you need a little help unwinding. Sometimes a helping hand to unraveling the tightness and stiffness in your life.
