Happy Wednesday!! Today was day 10 of #80dayobsession (#cardiocore) & I'm officially half way through week 2!! What have I seen so far? I've officially, since Monday (in 2 days), lost 1.5 pounds. My clothes are fitting better, I feel wayyy more energized (I'm not tired until 10 or so after waking up between 4:30-7:00AM each day). My mindset is changing though too. I am looking at my progress and being proud of where I'm at and what I'm accomplishing rather than thinking about where I want to be. I'm enjoying each small victory and challenging myself everyday. I love this fit life and am so excited to be on this journey with some of my closest friends 💗 ~

14 miles. It’s officially the longest I’ve ever run 😂 I was only halfway through and it downpoured 😅 it was actually very refreshing running in the rain! If it was any cooler, I probably would have thought differently 😜 .
I overcame a lot of barriers today and had some mental breakthroughs. It was the longest I’ve run, and probably one of the best ones I’ve done so far as well! .
Recovery is my favorite part — time to show this body some TLC with vitamins, joint lubrication, CBD and plenty of REST!

Simple can also mean delicious!
So often in life we over complicate and overthink things.
Meal planning doesn’t have to mean spending hours on Pinterest to create the perfect week of eating.
Working out doesn’t need to be complicated by things like not being able to do the moves perfectly or finish every rep.
You just need to show up. And keep showing up. It’s that simple!
There are so many areas of life that will improve when you make the decision to simply just DO IT! Stop thinking, stop making excuses, stop making things harder than they need to be.
Show up. That’s it. Every day.
And if you miss a day, show up the next day. If you miss a week, or a month...it’s ok! When you’re ready to make a change you will stop thinking about it and get it done!

HOLY CRAP!😳

So I decided that since I missed my workout yesterday (was going to do it after my run) I was going to double up!😂

This may never happen again, BUT I just kept repeating “This is your 3rd time doing this program you got this!”

Let me just tell you that no matter how many times you do this program it doesn’t get “EASY”, BUT today I did have some amazing moments!

1) I was able to push harder & actually feel the muscles I was working more than before in “booty” day.
2) I didn’t have to modify the cardio moves in “cardio core”! I was able to do pepper steps, mountain climbers & all of those moves strong!! This is huge for me because normally when my legs would get tired I would stop!💪🏻

I know I will be feeling all the sore muscles tomorrow, but at least I know it was worth it! Never give up on yourself even if it’s your 3rd time going through an 80 day program!💕

Mind you, he wanted me to join him, but his little brother demanded food. I WILL be joining my dude. Even if I have to put in two-a-days when he gets home because I'm doing #21dayfixextreme when he's not home and he's never been around when I've done it. I started Extreme after he started school.

These pictures are 9 months apart. Same pants. Same bra. Same mirror. This is what hard work looks like. The part you can’t see is how it also makes me FEEL!❤️❤️ I feel a million times happier, healthier, more energized, and determined. I don’t know what it is, but completing something hard that you’ve worked on makes your total mood and mindset change. I couldn’t have done it without 80 day Obsession! I am starting a new group of challengers to start the program October 8th! I will walk you through the program and give you advice and help! This is a great time to start as it will take you up through the holidays!! No one wants to have to lose the same weight each January 1st!!! Start now! You will feel great by January 1st! !!👏🏼❤️

My plans changed for the afternoon so I decided to come home 🏡 and get some things done. Truth be told, I decided not to run my errands and do some girl bossing at Starbucks because my house is a mess and I needed to come home and deal with it. Anyone else weird like that?!?

Today's workout is brought to you by determination and forward thinking. I wasn't feeling it today. We all have those days. A packed bus with screaming babies makes for a long commute home. Add a headache into the mix and you can make a ton of excuses for taking a rest day. But skipping my workout isn't going to get me closer to my goals. So I sucked it up, pressed play, and gave it everything I had. Day 10, Cardio Core in the books.
