On the left was me when I really didn’t care about life or myself. The only thing I did care about was my mother. I would always put her first before my health. I have learned a lot through out the years and now I have the right mindset. Weighting 661lbs is not easy emotionally, physically, mentally. I wanted to give up on life a few times I would ask god to take me in my sleep. I was tired of life and not being able to be mobile. Now I see life in a different way. 195kg trapbar dead lifts till failure (15reps) video is too long for instafarm. Sorry folks.
This is my second set of trapbar deads till failure in prep for strongman car deadlifts. Did this shortly after pulling 265kg for 5. At 81bw my strength is confusing me.

Starting the week right with this absolute boss lady right here. It was an arms and abs focused Barry’s class this morning, and I’m definitely feeling it already. I feel like I’m attacking that complacency head-on this week. New workouts for the win!
I have to say, Barry’s Bootcamp intimidated me quite a bit before I tried it. The idea of walking into a room with 30+ people and attempting to do things you’ve never tried in your life and not make a complete fool of yourself was scary af. My thoughts were somewhere along the lines of •what if I fall off the treadmill, get dragged off while it’s spinning and break my nose? what if I don’t know what I’m doing or miss the instructor’s cues? what if I faint or throw up? what if I can’t keep up and have to leave the room? What if I sweat in weird places? (I’m not over the crotch sweat guys...)• The insecurities were endless, and I put off my first bootcamp experience for months. Once again those mental barriers kept me from moving forward and trying something new. With a bit of friendly bullying (ahem @rahmstagram @hudyhoo @coachbooshy ) I finally made it into the Red Room. And guess what? I didn’t die...I couldn’t walk for two days, but I didn’t die. Actually, I kicked that full body workouts ass. I surprised myself. I kept up and then some. I also realized everyone else in the room is so focused on their own pain that they don’t give a f*%k about you or what you’re doing. So basically what I’m saying is, get your ass up and try that thing you’ve been wanting to try, but keep putting off b/c your brain made up a million and one reasons you can’t do it. And take a friend with you. It always helps when you have someone by your side riding the pain train with you. A big thank you to Bradford and Nourie for creating an environment during my two Barry’s classes where if you listen, you’ll learn. You won’t make a fool of yourself because the instructors are there to help and challenge YOU. I am now addicted. 📷: @dinahazzan .

4. One arm dumbbell row. 4 sets of 12 SS
5. Alternating Bicep Curls. 4 sets of 12 SS
6. Bent over barbell row. Til failure SS
7. Barbell bicep curl. Til failure SS
8. Single to double arm cable pulls. Total of 10. SS
9. Plank til Person doing cable pulls was done. SS
10. Wide grip assisted pull-ups. Til failure SS
11. Close grip assisted pull-ups. Til Failure SS.
