When Tigg first came to our centre he was a little untrusting of us and was very unsure of kennel life. “Once Tigg has a couple of healthy meals in him, he started to have an upset tummy that resulted in Tigg being sick a number of times, containing only chicken bones” says Catherine, a member of our Animal Care Team.
Tigg’s upset tummy eventually settled and the good news was that we were noticing that he was gaining weight.
Our Animal Care Team also continually worked with him to make kennel life a little easier and build his confidence. We very quickly learned that Tigg was a very sweet and gentle boy who just needed time and patience to regain his trust in humans. “Tigg is prime example of how forgiving animals can be. He is such a lovely boy” lucy commented, another member of the Animal Care Team and customer care.
After just a couple of weeks, our Animal Care Team were happy with Tigg’s progress so they made him available for rehoming.
