Update on Day 5 of my #Whole30 mini-reset: My #tigerblood rolled in the morning of Day 3; when you eat pretty close to Whole30 every day, it's fast to return. Not drinking alcohol is the best thing ever. My sugar cravings are occasionally present but easily manageable. I'm drinking a lot of herbal tea and bone broth. I am eating zero RzBars or Larabars. I miss basically nothing except my @dnxbar emergency food and white rice on my sushi. Not even my beloved PB cups. For real.
I'll continue this mini-reset as long as I need it, but not one day longer. The goal is to reset and return to your food freedom as quickly as possible. The @Whole30 is always here when you need it (like after a few months of travel and book tour) but living your food freedom day in and day out is the long-term goal.
