Last week I didn't work out at all for six days...that's a long time in #TiffanyDays. And I ate pop tarts everyday, it was that kind of week... On the 7th day, woke up, like let there be light -- my body was in pain and felt like crap.
I don't know what kind of nostalgic throwback phase my body was going through but... Cleared my calendar, pop tarts in the garbage, got a neuro-muscular massage, took a restorative yoga class, drank lots of water, fruits and veggies all day, in bed by 8, slept for 12 hours, woke up today refreshed and renewed. #grateful
