Finally!!!!!!!!!! This is another first since embarking on my #ketogrind I broke a #plateau
I know with Keto it isn’t all about the scale. It’s about inches and how your clothes fit. Sticking with it for those of us that are working on our scale obsession is as much a hurdle as any part of the journey to a better self. I can’t even lie this feels good!!!!! My mental game has never been this dope. Even when the scale taunts me I don’t ever let it discourage me. I keep it #ketogangsta
Tools I have used over thee last 3 weeks are
1. Smile more
2. Stress less
3. Enjoy the journey
4. When the scale goes up I still stay the fuck away from carbs
I have no need to punish my body for the number that pops up.
I use it as a guide not as a ridge means to beat myself up.
I really can’t tell you any other time in my life when I have smiled so much. And smiling while I am by myself is something so new to me. The things I tell myself these days are so loving and kind.
When your Keto is a lifestyle...the most important thing to remember is adequate rest is a must. Your body burns fat while you sleep. @lennym718 I am killin my sleep game thanks for this valuable tool.
I had to always remember that due to me being in early recovery I was going to face a few more challenges then a person #ketogrindin because my body is in a state of “What is this bioottchh doing now” state. But all in all I am #ketoflowin and I can’t even wait to get some extra funds and rehire my #ketotrainer because I have arrived
