Last night's leg workout with @chelseababy028 and her future hubby was CRAZY GOOD. I felt like DEATH afterwards and waking up, I am still feeling it πŸ’€ We only did like 4 exercises and I am sore as HECK. You dont have to do a bilkion excercises to get a good workout in..Simple can be better πŸ‘Œ We did heavy squats with pulses, heavy deadlifts and heavy hip thrusts.. if that ain't a good leg workout I don't know what is. Working back to that 225 squat and trying to hit that 245 deadlift again lol we will get there 😎 I am so glad I can surround myself with people who are willing to push themselves and me to be better and stronger
