You probably see it a lot, but it's true!
You don't need to go to the gym to get a solid workout in!
Whether you use your own body weight, use your small children, or use a weight or two - it is possible to get it in.
Maybe that's the only place you feel comfortable working out, or maybe you are short on time, but you know working out will make you feel better (and get one step closer to your goal). °°°°°
It all depends on your goal.
No matter what your goal, sometimes life just happens and you have to roll with it. During my wife's busiest times at work, she can only make it to the gym half the days of the week. When she, or any client, communicates their time crunch, I can put together an alternate plan for those days. °°°°°°
This was one of those situations.
So, if you have a kettlebell, dumbbell, water jug, or small child (🤣) at home to lift...give this workout a try. If you're in a time crunch, only takes rests when you're out of breath and challenge yourself to get it done faster. As always, though, form > speed.
