This morning current picture of me! Weigh day today 😁 . Wish me luck 🤓 I'm hoping for anywhere between 500 grams - 1 kgs. If it doesn't happen I'm so going to cry😭. . So based on a weigh in for the last 2 weeks I was 89kgs. . My journey is mainly food based changes as I'm not fully physically active, more so with the physio whom is working on my muscle mass and strengthening my muscles from the total hip replacement. . And I have just started a 30 day planking challenge. 1x arms and back and bum and thighs. But I still can't do jumping jacks it feels too awkward since the hip replacement and learning to trust my body again. . . . . .
