Ważę więcej - wyglądam lepiej. Trójbój zapewne pomaga kobietom w samoakceptacji, emancypuje, dając siłę fizyczną daje też psychiczną. Ale ten sport nie jest całkowicie wolny od pułapek- redukujemy żeby zmieścić się w klasie wagowej czy po prostu żeby waga pokazała jak najmniej. Ja mam nadal z tym problem- od czasu do czasu narzucę sobie redukcje, bo niby mam się zmieścić w klasie wagowej ale naprawdę robię to, żeby numerki leciały w dół? Takie okłamywanie samego siebie szybko wyjdzie na jaw, szczególne gdy następne zawody są w dalekiej przyszłości, ja nie wyglądam źle i naprawdę dalej jestem bardzo blisko mojej klasy wagowej. Absolutnie nie mówię tutaj, żeby nie redukować- jeśli chcesz, albo jest to potrzebne to śmiało, ale bądź ze sobą szczery odnośnie powodów tej redukcji. Nie chowaj się za sportem, żeby ukryć demony zaburzeń odżywiania, problemów z samoakceptacją. Pozwól, aby ten sport ci pomógł, a nie pchał cię głębiej w dołek. Aktualnie 64.7kg, po kilku tygodniach na lekkim plusie kalorycznym. Miałam redukować, ale odłożę to na później, na etap kiedy w końcu będę czuła się komfortowo z utrzymywaniem wagi lub z lekkim plusem i nie będę czuła wiecznej presji, ze muszę być na diecie. Ciekawe jak odbije się to na osiągach siłowych - pierwszy raz bez kontuzji od roku, pierwszy raz bez diety od 12 lat. PS. A dla tych ktorych ominęło info- na kanale nowy filmik z relacja z zawodów! 🏆

Squats! First time using my new Inzer Iron Z wraps and only second time using wraps, ouch my knees! 120kg for 5 X 4 (vids 1&2 sets 1&2) high bar raw 60kg for 3 X 15 (WTF @_jac_attack_ that's way too many 😝) (vid 3) plus loads of accessories. I've decided that walking out the squat with wraps on sucks, can't wait for the mono!

OMG I WON SOMETHING ON IG. I'm always the person at the raffle that never gets called but that changed! I invented this, and it’s not half bad. Half a can (5 oz) navy beans, one cup brown rice, sautéed baby kale/spinach blend and one can (4.3oz) skipjack tuna (I eat skipjack instead of albacore because it’s smaller/lower on the food chain - less mercury - and sustainably caught). 500 calories; 73.8g carbs, 2.6g fat, 46.9g protein. Could benefit from some avocado or a light vinaigrette dressing, if one wanted to add some healthy fat.... I didn’t, just sprinkled with a little red wine vinegar. Quite a lot of volume, could easily be two smaller meals. Could also work great for vegans, sans tuna. #iifym #ifitfityourmacros #wholefoods
