I've been working on maintaining healthy relationships, so this is super relevant right now! For me personally, I need to set boundaries for myself and be able to let others set their own boundaries. I need to communicate with friends on how much I can talk about (mental health wise), what they're okay with talking about, etc. I fall into the trap of relying on ONE person.

Yooooooo I’m back y’all. Finished out the school semester with a 3.75. Lost 12 pounds. On summer break now, gonna lose another 40, I’m speaking it into existence. Hopefully I’ll be more active on here 👺
Morning everyone! Hopefully today will be better than yesterday for all of us. I’ve got an action plan (on my story) to help me keep going and hopefully eat very little today. I need to do a mini rant so TW:Drugs, Alcohol & Smoking.
Right so I have always had an unhealthy relationship with all 3 of those things, drinking in particular (why I wanted to diet to get everything under control) but currently because of my binge yesterday (and hanging out with smokers) I really want to smoke. Like I haven’t touched a cigarette in almost a year but I really feel like I need one? Does anyone else get that randomly, when an old bad habit comes back just cause you are in a bad mood. I’ve even started biting my nails which is something I only really did when I was in the process of quitting. Like wtf brain, we know we shouldn’t smoke so why’d’ya wanna?

soooo #ABCdiet day 1 was a win! i ate 2 eggs in the morning and half a veggie sandwich at night, plus a lot of water black coffee and diet coke. also i’m literally 100% over my job already and i wanna quit so i can focus on myself. and i got a new #anabuddy but i’m always open to those. soooo i’m happy! can’t wait to start working out instead of going to work and school 24/7 though that shit has me so stressed out... anyway later lovelies x
Something kind of silly that I learned in partial: listen to your inner child. When a child is scared, you listen and try to help. You let them cry, and try to make it okay. When a child is sad, you comfort them/distract them. My way of listening to my inner child? Bubbles! Whenever one of my students needs a break/reinforcer, I bring out the bubbles. Same goes for myself! If I'm feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, anxious, depressed, sad, etc...break out the bubbles! (I swear, i always have bubbles within reach, lol)

late post. i hung out with my friend today and we went out to eat and i left half of everything on my plate. then my dad made me eat an egg when i went home but i was still under 600 cals and this is me highballing it a lot just to be safe, so i’m super happy and optimistic. i also found a thing that will calculate how much you’ll weigh week per week that i will post after this. super excited, and i wanna start the ABC diet i am ready now. i also met so many nice people on tumblr and got added to an ana group chat. i WILL reach my UGW this summer and i know i can go even lower if i try. so excited, later lovelies!
