"I want to be skinny" "I want to lose weight"....but WHY?
Sometimes reflecting on what it is you really want, leads you to find the reasoning behind your goal.
It's not that you want to be skinny, it's you want to be healthy. You want to eat the delicious looking meals you see, and prep on Sunday's, and like working out.
But those things all take one thing...EFFORT. .
You need to have effort with every step you take moving forward. Effort is the force that pushes you one step closer to where you want to be. And no one uses effort if they don't care. .
If you show you have effort, then the results will come!
You will be the meal prepping, healthy eating, lean mean machine you see yourself as, and the best thing is you'll be HEALTHY!
So, the next time you make a statement like "I want to be skinny" take a moment and think about what you really want, and why you want it. .
