Ok I'm not a huge fan of machines....➡️I personally prefer and feel that weights and body work is really all you need, but cardio and a few machines from time to time can be useful. ➡️tip: when using machines increase the weight substantially and I mean substantially more than you think you can manage. 12-15 reps comes fast on a machine in fact I personally go for about a minute each set but➡️for a simple or more novice workout 12-15 reps is more than enough and again with weight. You should do 3 sets of reps and remember to breathe 💨out when your working also don't just force your muscles the the workout squeeze them engaging them in and squeeze them slowly letting the machine and your legs come back to start. Don't let the machine pull you back➡️you want to work the muscles in both directions. Remember not to hold your breathe. Rather, again breathe out ➡️when you are working the greatest amount which is against the machine, and breathe in ⬅️when your resisting the machine. .

Start with your highest weight possible; if you just drop down a little do it in your second or third set. .

Give it your all and try to get every last rep, you don't can't change until you do something different, so breathe and get after it! 💪🏽I believe you can push yourself for more❤️
