Friday progress picture 😬 Lets appreciate everyone working hard for their bodies and remind you not to give up !! 💪🏼
Mine was so far 2.5 years of bloody hard work , bulking ,dieting , over dieting , carb cycling (that was brutal 😭 ) .
I started with weight of 58kg I’m 181cm .
I lived on chicken and rice occasional pasta for about a year . There was not a slight curve in my body - not even one . 🙈
I started to make progress within few months and oh boy amount of times I wanted to give up . I worked stupid shift hours in every job I had until now alongside uni and gym .
4:45am alarms and days when I didn’t get back home till 9pm to meal prep and do it all over again.
Manchester buses 🤨 - swear I wanted to cry while standing in freezing cold for an hour .
Then I went traveling where I lost 6kg - heartbreaking I know .
Because I have fast metabolism I only need to skip meal once or twice and I look leaner right away but this if anything makes me twice as hard to put muscle on - just think of how much food I have to eat day in day out 🙈 . (2600 cal right now- it’s a job itself )
But I didn’t gave up and here I’m . 74kg (with maybe little bit of fat but I leave that alone 😂) With now being a PT I can train as much as I want and with recovery better than I ever had since I started working out I cannot wait what 2018 has in for me 🙆🏻♀️
Just the little post to appreciate hard work that everyone is putting in while working out or meal prepping or whatever it is that you are doing . It doesn’t happen over night but it will be worth it I guarantee you that . Patience and consistency is a key. You got this 💪🏼😘❤️ -
My 🍑 plan is available online now DM me for details 😘 .
