You know what is kinda odd...I'm at my heaviest weight EVER (20lbs) heavier than I've ever been. And I'm actually my HEALTHIEST! According to all my blood work panel testing etc, I'm my healthiest right now. Not when I was super lean and shredded doing shows. Not when I was doing cardio every day. Not when I was in the gym doing two a days or there 7 days a week. Not when I was following a strict diet that included no sugar. But In fact, I'm healthiest RIGHT NOW! Yes, even with some of my health issues that are still going on! I workout 4-5X a week. Just started adding in cardio for 10mins 2x a week, eating tonssss of fruit, I eat all types of foods not just boring chicken and veggies 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽, and I don't stick to a strict plan at all. Trust me, skinny/shredded DOES NOT always correlate to being healthy. So stop striving to be lean, strive to be HEALTHY! 🍑💪🏽❤️
