Completing today's Speedfit class with some #animalflow. We did a group finisher line of lateral, forward and backward traveling ape. It may look easy, but I guarantee that your entire body will feel these traveling movements. This is a fan-damn-tastic way to train your arms, shoulder girdle, core, hip girdle, legs and overall strength with full body tension.
