REAL TALK COMIN’ ATCHA!
I finished #LIIFT4 last Monday, as in September 10. I didn’t work out again until September 17. Not, because I needed to recover, or was sick, or didn’t have time, or had sick kiddos. It was all because I used stress as an excuse. There’s a lot going on (but we are all healthy and well), and I let it get to me. I, a trainer, and #fitnessaddict let stress come between my workouts and me. I knew I shouldn’t, because I knew it would actually make me feel worse, but I did. And guess what...after six days of no working out, I felt like absolute sh**! Yeah...I said it. We ALL have set backs and make excuses...even your trainers. But, this old lady is turning 40 in December, and I have goals between now and then, and nothing is going to stop me. So, on Brendan’s official half birthday, I taught #piyo on Monday, and started round 2 of #80dayobsession on Tuesday, September 18. Here we go! 80 days...noooo excuses!!!
