I’ve made every excuse in the world this week for not going to the gym. I only went once so far this week. Today I told myself I was getting it done no matter what. I put together a little outdoor workout while Claire Bear played. She loved to be my counter and do some of the exercises with me. * workout with your kids. They aren't excuses they are sponges. Lead by example * 1 kid had football so I made plans to run with my running buddy but I also had my youngest so we tossed his bike in and he cruised ahead of us for 4.5 miles. He's a rockstar.
People may say we talk about crossfit too much, that we do it too much. But these pictures show one of the main reasons we do it. We workout as much as we can and bring the kids so they can see that working out is fun. Today the girls joined in with us for some of the workout. Amélie ran 3 200m runs and did almost all 96 Burpees with me! Jolie ran and biked with Matt. To be able to do this with them is more amazing than I will ever be able to explain. I couldn’t be happier we found @220cf and the family that came along with it.
