Current progress from online training client Damon:
During the 7 weeks between these photos, there was NO LOWER BODY weight training involved due to Damons right leg being in a moon boot.
Damon suffered a full rupture of his achilles tendon while playing touch rugby that required surgical reattachment.
During this time he gained some unwanted body fat so reached out for some help to getting back in shape even with limited movement.
We concentrated a lot on his nutrition, not only to help with weight loss but to aid in the recovery of his injury.
His training consisted of mostly upper body movements and some basic physio and rehabilitation.
The most important point here is training is not the only piece of the puzzle.
We were able to optimise sleep, hydration, supplementation, other lifestyle habits AND of course nutrition to get him on track towards his goals.
As he continues through his rehabilitation process, we will reintroduce movements as he progresses day to day and week to week.
