There is nothing cool about brain trauma and there is nothing cool about getting hit. Whether you’re a brawler, a pressure fighter, an out-fighter or counter-boxer, there are ways of mitigating damage and that involves intelligent defence.
When it comes to protecting yourself, your feet are your first line of defence and your hands are your insurance policy.
With that in mind it behooves you to learn how to move your feet.
Bouncing in & out in the classic amateur fashion is great, but it is hardly an economical way to preserve your stamina.
Master that style and then evolve it, so that you can really maximise your ability to defend and then counter.
