Where leading Tech firms are already integrating HR with AI solutions for talent attraction, interviewing, onboarding, development, rewards and employee service centers.
Most of us already interact with Chabot’s (computer programed software that delivers personalised human-like conversations via auditory or textual methods) through the likes of Spotify, Sephora and Mastercard (Inc, 2018). We can now search, stream and share music, view makeup tutorials and product reviews and track personal transactions faster than ever thanks to voice commands and IM’s.
With technology as an enabler, delivering world-class user experiences to consumers, HR teams have already began mirroring and prioritising these experiences as a part of their roadmaps, by leveraging AI and piloting robotics to deploy greater personalisation to revolutionise Ex and build more agile, scalable and evolutionary teams.
Although we are only at the beginning of the HR-AI integrated transformation journey, where artificial intelligence and Chatbots are starting to transform all aspects of HR, we can safely welcome BOTS as the newest member of HR�
