Stocking up for my #JanuaryWhole30 is an understatement. Um, hello. I'm pregnant and I eat. A LOT. So I ordered. A LOT. Really excited to get this underway to transition me beautifully right into my food freedom again and labor. Bring. It. On.

Thennnn, I've got some @chomps sticks in the original and hoppin' jalapeno varieties (just in case I'm feeling spicy one of those days, chances are, I will be). Don't ask why but I think they taste like Slim Jims, except way healthier (just read the ingredients).

Some @kettleandfire bone broth just for straight sippin' and using in my favorite recipes.

ANDDD just in today hot off the press, @tessemaes compliant ketchup, BBQ sauce, balsamic vinaigrette and habanero ranch (see a pattern?). Those little packets are portable lemon garlic dressing and creamy ranch dressing to throw in your purse/murse to take to work, school, yoga (don't ask), out to dinner or whatever other lovely event you have going on. Yeah there's about 50 of them total, guess I'll be eating a lot of salads, out somewhere. Cool. I'm into it.

Lunch: I have some leftover shepherd's pie that Brian made on Friday. I also have an @rxbar and unsweetened applesauce for a snack just incase.

Dinner: We have a bunch of leftovers this week and some veggies/meat in the freezer we're going to use up rather than buy a ton new groceries. This is the fun part, see what we can come up with. I had a pot roast last night but I used zucchini, sweet potatoes and celery rather than carrots because I was out! Heard it was good, I'll be eating it for dinner tonight. Be creative and use your leftover veggies for whatever sounds good! Roast em, sauté em, grill em, whatever you want! Add a little meat of whatever you got in the freezer and bam! Whole30 meal 😉

Dinner: Taco night! Super easy for those nights there's not much time. I'll be home late tonight so Brian will whip this up! Price chopper sells ground beef with taco seasoning already added so we just brown that up. I make tacos out of romaine lettuce leaves. They're sturdy and can hold whatever fillings you add. Brian likes to make a salad. However you want to do it is perfect! We'll cut up peppers and onions, have olives, salsa and avocado or buy some pre-made guac. You can mix it up and make it however you like! Takes less than 20 minutes and dinner is on the table. 👌💃🏼 @tessemaes has some awesome dressings that finish these off perfectly. My favorite was southwest ranch but they don't make this anymore 😔 Next up would be their zesty ranch but they also have a creamy ranch that goes great too. You can also make your own homemade ranch. There's recipes for this in both whole30 books!

Breakfast: Omg. You've GOTTA try this one!! Bacon burger and fries breakfast bake (pictured above) from @paleorunningmomma. I think my favorite of the month! I will disclose I changed the recipe ever so slightly. First, I used a whole pound of ground beef, not a half pound. Second, I didn't have any mushrooms so I used an orange pepper instead. Finally, I had a little tomato paste left over so I squirted that in (it comes in a tube in case you're wondering). Like whoa. Top 5 favorite breakfasts so far.
