Hey everyone your words are powerful and I'm using this for today's #yougettosayhowyoufeel challenge. How you talk to yourself and the things you believe to be true will hugely impact your life. Now I get it life can't be happy 24/7 and some days just plain old suck when that happens be kind to yourself. What won't work is when you beat yourself up. I know because I used to do this a lot. Thing is if you treat yourself like this regularly you'll feel crap. Guess what happens when you feel crap you get more crap. So when you speak to yourself with kindness and give yourself some credit things change. You feel better about life and you start to feel more confident. If you don't feel confident in life you'll hold yourself back. So give yourself some credit. Some things in life won't work but it doesn't make you a failure it's how we learn in life. So I want you to tell me something great about yourself. This isn't bragging it's recognising your talents and owning that. Have a great day everyone.
