A full body blaster 😅🤪 Aim to do anywhere from 1 round to 5 rounds just depending on your fitness level! Do what you can with the time you have. If you don’t have anywhere to do pull ups- do plank rows with your hands only and pausing at the top of the movement. .

One of my favourite ab exercises- Dead Bug 🐜 pointers: Make sure you have your pelvis tilted (tucked under and core engaged) belly button towards the spine. Keep that engagement throughout, the second you feel like you are losing it. Stop and reset your position.
