~Transformation time ! ~~ #bbgprogress
Left side: week 1, when after some months of stop I decided to come back to the gym again but I was not happy at all of the program which I had. So I started the BBG program of @kayla_itsines
Right side: week 5 of the program. I normally do a resistence training 3 times per week + 3 cardio sessions at the end of each training. I do not do LIIS at the gym because I am using to bike and walk a lot here in Berlin (30/40 minutes per day as I go to the work by feet or by bike) ✊
It is really a hard program and I am not not very able to eat clean everytime (especially during the week ends! 😋🍹💃), but I am so proud of my results!
Finally I see again some definition, my thiny arms are growing and my localized legs fat is slowly deseappering 🤗 another good point is about becoming stronger 💪each time I am able to lift heavier weights 🔥🔥🔥 and I feel so good in my skin again!
I love fitness, and I love to be a better version of myself day after day.
Week 6 is coming, I am ready!!
