For the [Beef Sukiyaki Udon], other than the chewy udon and juicy beef slices, Tamoya Udon has included a few accompaniments: Chinese cabbage, carrots, green onions, tofu, shiitake mushroom, enoki mushroom and shirataki: noodles made from konnyaku.
There are three ways to enjoy sukiyaki udon:
1. Dip the chewy udon into the egg mixture. (My Favourite!)
2. Immerse the udon in the soup for one minute to get a softer texture.
3. Mix an egg with the soup and udon to enjoy them together.
My favourite dishes for the evening were the [Beef Sukiyaki Udon] and [Maze Mix Udon] - $8.80!
