✨HOMEMADE FRESH ALMOND MYLK ✨ Tired of fillers and additives? I know I am. Try making your own. Yes, it does take a little bit of time, and yes you have to milk (squeeze) your almonds 😜, but the results are incomparable. Fresh almond mylk is so much better than store bought brands. You are in control of what and how much goes into it. Fresh almond mylk will last for about 3-4 days in your fridge. I know that’s not long, but think about what they do to make your store bought almond milk sit on the shelves for months 🤔 Make a bigger batch if you plan to use more throughout the week. Use it in cereal, or granola, which is my hubby’s fave, in smoothies, recipes for baking that call for milk, or just drink it straight up! It really is that good 😋 Oh, and don’t throw out the pulp. You can use it as almond meal in other recipes!
Some of my favorite ingredients I use to make almond mylk are: @nutsdotcom pricing is good for raw, organic nuts and you can’t beat their super fast shipping @naked_dates family run date farm in Arizona, when I get to order from them, they are thoroughly enjoyed @capemayseasaltco how much more local can you get? Sea Salt produced using the water from the Atlantic Ocean that is literally a few miles from home, love this stuff 💙
And of course, the @vitamix Purchased the vitamix blender 8 years ago, and it is still going strong💪🏽 Hope you all ENJOY 😊 HAPPY MYLK MAKING !!! #almondmilk #almondmylk #almondmilkrecipe #superfood #cleaneats #recipes #wholefoods #healthy #healthytreats #homemade #fresh #almondmilk #raw #organic #local #thefreshlife #purejuicekitchen #avalonnj #7mileisland #iinhealthcoach
