After a few sessions of squat progression from body weight squats to dumbbell squats, Andrea and Ella were introduced to barbell squats to bring their leg day to another level! Good job ladies!
We would like to also add that weight training like the barbell squats will NOT make a lady turn into a "Scary Mary". Weight training for women that's progressive, properly calculated, executed with correct technique and of course a proper diet is great for weight loss, overall body toning and most importantly good general health!
