Your feet start off perfect as a baby and quickly start to be damaged by footwear. Keep your kids feet working properly by letting them spend as much time possible barefoot and putting them in minimal/barefoot shoes

I do this while balancing, getting full hip flexion from the raised leg, and maintaining a tall spine.

I see a lot of athletes do these incorrectly. ☹️Many rush through this movement and miss out on the benefits‼

Having strength and stability in your lower leg is NECESSARY to control your body. If you find that you’re unable to raise your heel up and balance, you could really benefit from the Lower Leg SARM program that you learn more about on the link in my bio.
