Nick is one of the nicest guys you’ll get to know here but don’t underestimate him as he certainly knows how to push his clients ensuring they get the results they need too.
Nick recently co ran our 6 week challenge for our members and loved seeing his clients and others lose excess weight, get stronger, look and feel better.
Nicks background is in Rugby, and as an amateur athlete himself, has a great desire to improve strength training for athletes at the Fit Lab through his level 1 strength and conditioning qualification.
