Back to basics with this post-gym din! 😅 I always have a snack or protein "pudding" in the locker room after my strength workouts, which usually tides me over for an hour while dinner cooks, but that didn't cut it tonight 😏 I'd planned to roast chicken, but by the time I walked home, the hanger had me needing food fast, so I ended up with a plate full of the usuals 🍳🥑🍠 These three are definitely my stand-by's morning, noon, and night 🤗.
#whatsonmyplate: sweet and spicy sweet potato wedges (meal prepped on Sunday, then reheated in the cast iron with a touch of ghee to make them nice and crispy); a sunny runny egg (+ extra egg whites on the side); and a strawberry, feta, cashew, mesclun salad tossed in @primalkitchenfoods honey mustard dressing. Happy Wednesday, loves! We're halfway to Friday! 🤸♀️😘
