I just lightly toasted the bread, cooked some turkey bacon and my eggs in the pan, sliced some apples, then layered with cheese and covered it all with a creamy béchamel and broiled. Lastly, I put my eggs on and seasoned with fresh black pepper 💁🏻.
This is the 8 -inch fry pan, it cooked the eggs perfectly and I could transfer it directly from the stove-top into the hot oven to broil. They are made in Italy, 5 layered, coated with exclusive TI-X nonstick coating, dishwasher safe, metal utensil safe (Yes!) and can handle heat up to 500F. .
