You know when you've cooked for lots of people - a big dinner party - and you've kind of dealt with the dishes but not really and you think boy that was hard work I might have a cup of tea now. Well just imagine cooking for 20 people for five days, breakfast lunch and dinner. That is exactly what @gillianbellcake and Helen, aka @mummascountrykitchen did for all of us at #thedesignretreat hosted by @lisaburdus . And they created the most lovely, tasty food, day in day out, with such good chat to match. This roasted fig and goats cheese board was as delicious to eat as pretty to look at.
