Our workshops are created to guide you through the process of creating and expressing through the mandala and using it as a form of healing in your everyday life.
What is a Mandala?
The word Mandala is from the Sanskrit, translate word meaning “ scared circle”. A mandala is far more than a simple shape. It represents wholeness, and can be seen as a model for the organizational structure of life itself--a cosmic diagram that reminds us of our relation to the infinite, the world that extends both beyond and within our bodies and minds.
Mandala are considered Eastern in origin, however, they are found in all cultures. Describing both material and non-material realities, the mandala appears in nature and throughout all aspects of life: the celestial circles we call earth, sun, and moon, as well as conceptual circles of friends, family, and community.
What are their healing benefits?
Mandalas are most often used as meditational tools. In psychotherapy, mandalas can be used to help resolve problematic emotional states and gain insight into hidden problems.
This ritual can be used ,
the spiritual and emotional healing
for self-realization and personal growth.
Nothing is more precious than being in the present moment. Fully alive, fully aware.
