This morning I'm sharing some of my #timewornandtattered favorites... and I have so many favorites 😉 When my husband & I were creating our farmhouse kitchen, we tried to creatively reimagine things, and create a story that was uniquely us. I wanted a white farmhouse sink reminiscent of days spent on my great grandma's farm, & I was thrilled to find this beauty on Craigslist for $75! We wanted to add a dark bit behind it to help it pop, but since I'm not a huge fan of modern materials, & I couldn't seem to find the right fit. When I saw the chalk board from a local 150 year old school house come up for sale, I knew that would complete our story! And for $25 for that huge piece of slate... we certainly couldn't go wrong! We love our new "to us" farmhouse kitchen, and all of its timeworn and tattered charm! ❤️🌿 Some of my friends want to share?
