I believe that vegetables need to taste good, and if they don’t, then they have no place in your kitchen. At The Chef’s Garden, we want to offer chefs and home cooks vegetables with great flavor and texture so they’ve got more options for to play with. Plants offer different flavors and textures at every stage of growth, so we’ve developed unique sizing options that let a chef’s creativity soar. For example, we grow miniature vegetables, herbs, greens and lettuces that pack a punch of flavor. These can be used to add complexity to a dish or simply enhance food with their aroma, texture, and visual appeal. We grow over 2,000 products and we didn't discover any of them — we're uncovering, rediscovering, and reintroducing forgotten varieties.
