Bircher Muesli Jars! I make up a bunch of these on the weekend so that I have a yummy breakfast to look forward to when I have a busy week ahead. Eat them cold or warm up or the microwave for freezing cold mornings. Sometimes I put some in a bowl and top with crunchy granola and greek yogurt. YUM.

Inspired by @minimalistbaker Tahini Bites...perfect for #vegan #paleo #keto Delightful combination of sweet and savory. Used monkfruit sweetener (which is sugar free) instead of dates (too many carbs!) some shredded coconut, hemp, flaxseed meal, pine nuts, fresh tahini, almond flour, coconut manna, cocoa nibs, collagen peptides, and some #lakanto sugar free chocolate powder. A must try!

Had the opportunity to pick grapes during harvest season at my favorite winery Trefethen. It was one of the best days ever!! The educational experience to learn what goes on in the vineyard during each stage of the annual harvest is just freaking cool! Lunch under the walnut tree was amazing - gorgeous tablescape!
