Here's a little side by side comparison of the exact same workout, both done on a Monday at 4am using the same pre workout, and the same equipment.
The difference??? I used heavier weight!!! When things start to get easy, it's time to increase the weight! If you want change, you need to step out of the comfort zone!! I love pushing myself, seeing just what I can do. I'm ready for results and more cardio is NOT the answer.
