The other day @heygrillhey posted a bacon skillet queso recipe on Facebook. This was awesome! In the future, I'd like to try a spicy version with ghost pepper sauce. But this version really hit the spot. I doubled up on the original recipe and used a little more corn starch to thicken it up than I should have, but other than that, this beats the hell out of mediocre store-bought queso dips in jars.
