Forgot this from Tuesday! The other 2 views I dont like as much but I can see small differences. My legs are getting more muscular, the shorts are fitting looser and my booty is tighter.
I've learned that belly pudge is the HARDEST to get gone...I hate cardio and that's what I need. Thank God for hiking!! Not totally where I want to be but I'm making progress even though its slow and it kills me that it's not instantaneous.
