14 years ago today, we started our dream. Maria was 28 and I was 29. Our dream was to open our own business and with the help and support of our family and friends we did it. We opened Chapala Grill. Most of you don’t know this but, originally we wanted to name our place “Las Margaritas”. We knew people were familiar with the Chapala’s on Caldwell and I, personally, did not want to take advantage of that. If we were to be successful, if we were going to make our business prosper, it had to be because of our own sweat and tears. Finally my Father convinced us to use the name Chapala, he said it would mean a lot to him if we did, so we did it.
14 years have gone by like the blink of an eye but not absent from the sacrifices and struggles that every business owner goes through. In the end, it’s been nothing but greatness. We thank GOD every day for this opportunity and for all the blessings it has brought to our lives starting with the friendships we treasure dearly. We have met so many wonderful people and we could not be more thankful for all the love we receive from each and every one of you. I feel proud and extremely excited for these first 14 years in business and I look forward to serving you many more years to come.
From the bottom of our hearts we THANK YOU!! #chapalagrill #14yearsinbusiness #weoweitalltoyou #thankyouforyoursupport
