This workout is HARD! But I've learned that 30 minutes of hard make a whole day of easy! It's not always fun DURING the workout, and lifting takes a lot of determination.
What IS fun is getting test results at almost 45 years old and testing a-okay in all areas: thyroid, cholesterol, enzymes, immune function... THERE'S NO FEELING LIKE IT! Getting old is scary but I have given myself the gift of daily fitness, nutrition and superfoods and I no longer live in fear. Instead, I'm THRIVING! To all aging mommas out there, DO IT FOR YOU!
