AM: 😖Had some hiccups at work with the gas compressors while trying to full blast their capacity.
PM: Time to full blast strength capacity on the deadlift. And it seems to be the only thing that went smooth today 😂. Beltless training has been going well so far. Building some raw strength to earn my right to use the belt again. Pulled a 200kg x4 at the top set today.
The only regret is not pulling the 5th rep. ✌
