Childcare is crazy for working parents. Most parents get between 25 - 31 days annual leave a year. Kids have 62 days off school a year
I definitely think kids need that break, but seriously how do working parents cope? If you're a single parent, working full time, you would need to put your child back into childcare to continue working otherwise you would have to take unpaid leave. Some jobs don't like that, others don't allow it, and sometimes your no better off financially paying for childcare just to keep working. No wonder people are looking for more work life balance. Hi five to all the parents juggling the work life balance because I completely get how stressful it is.
