Recipe below: 1 cup of homemade almond milk 10 ice cubes 1 tablespoon of @teresacutter_healthychef naked chocolate mix 1/2 cup of slightly warm water 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla paste Pinch of salt Pinch of cinnamon powder 1) Place icecubes in a glass 2) Pour almond milk over the ice 3) Mix up water, naked powder, vanilla, salt and cinnamon in an pouring jug. 4) Pour it over the almond milk 5) Sip through a straw and enjoy! #teresacutter_healthychef#nakedchocolate
Although they would never say it, I think my family initially feel cheated when I announce cereal for breakfast... with the exception of one, who would eat cereal for every meal of the day. . Tonights fresh batch of chocolate granola should earn me some brownie points tomorrow morning.
Oh bircher... how I love you. To serve 2 . 1Tbs pepitas, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, sultanas, linseed, chia mixed with 1/2-1 cup water. Soak overnight in the fridge and it will become a gelatinous mix. In the morning stir through 1 Tbs coconut yoghurt and serve over chopped fruit with walnuts and extra yoghurt.
