Teenage Throwdown starts in just a few weeks. This event is the first of its kind in the World for teenage Crossfitters. This is an online TEENS competion for 3 age categories. This event will consist of 5 workouts released over 5 weeks from August 10th until September 14th. Each WOD will be released at 10am on each Thursday.
