📍Shabari restaurant, Mumbai
Being tourists, it was hard to find food joints that were not too expensive yet good, but after much exploration this restaurant came to our rescue. Getting to the review, the sambhar was a little sweet for our personal taste but the Butter Dosa was plain perfection and the chutney was a tasteful explosion. It cost us around Rs 210.

📍Chaayos ⏩Sicilian Chicken Sandwich (rs 200) The sandwich had Italian spices that made it taste non conventional​. Would definitely have this again.
⏩Cake shake(rs 195) wasn't that good. The cake tasted like any packed cake you get in markets and we regretted paying so much for it.

Sharing one of my most fav recipe😍

👉Ingredients

paneer cubes - 1 cup

Butter - 4 tbsp + 2 tbsp

Oil - 2 tbsp

Bay leaves - 2

Cloves - 4

Black cardamom - 2

Onion paste - ¾ cup

Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp

Kasuri methi - 2 tbsp

Turmeric powder - ½ tsp

Salt to taste

Tomato puree - ½ cup

Kashmiri red chili powder - 1½ tsp

Kitchen king masala - 2 tsp

Garam masala - ½ tsp 
Fresh cream - ¼ cup + 2 tbsp

Water - ¼ cup 👉Instructions

Heat 4 tbsp butter and oil in a pan. Add bay leaves, cloves, black cardamom and sauté for few seconds.

Add onion and sauté for 5 mins. Add ginger-garlic paste, kasuri methi and turmeric powder.

Sauté for 1 minute.

Add salt and tomato puree. Cook covered for 3-4 mins.

Add Kashmiri red chili powder, kitchen king masala, garam masala powder and ¼ cup cream.

Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Add paneer cubes and mix well. Cook covered on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add 2 tbsp cream, water, and 2 tbsp butter.

Mix well and cook covered till oil leaves the sides.

serve hot with butter naan🤑
